A lot of kneeling will keep you in good standing.

Don't put a question mark where God put a period.

Don't wait for six strong men to take you to church.

This Church is "Prayer Conditioned!"

To be almost saved is to be totally lost.

WARNING: Exposure to the Son may prevent burning!

We don't change the message; the message changes us.

We set the sail; God makes the wind.

We're too blessed to be depressed.

I dont want to sin, but why and how do I sin?

Even St.Paul struggled with sin.How does GOD intend to deliver us from it?

I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature.For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it. (Romans 7:15-20)

Dear Friends, how many of us go through this phase. Paul went through. After 6 chapters in which he speaks about GOD, in Romans, he comes to the 7th Chapter and openly confesses his inability to overcome sin.

I realized this so much today as I met with yet another accident, crashing at a high speed in one of the busiest CMH road traffic. I rose up after a rolling a series of times with a terribly torn Shirt and trouser of my dad (that I fondly wear), blood showing up through the spaces where skin was missing.I know that I sin when I do a 80 KMPH at a zone which has 40 as the speed limit. I want to overtake sin much more than I want to overtake other fast vehicles ahead of me.

Yeah I had tried reducing speed and since I got anointed on the 11th of JUNE, I had gone on fasting so many times asking GOD to control my speed. But,I have got one of the fastest bikes since then, touching 120 regularly in the highways and doing between 70 and 90 in the busy Bangalore traffic. I have done a 140KMPH speed in Getz, Swift and also our little Maruthi 800(130KMPH).Since childhood I have overtaken TVS mopeds travelling at 30-35 KMPH with my green color bicycle with little or no brakes.Wickedness and wilfullness of sin was prevalent beyond all the severe beatings that I recieved at my dad's hand.

I wonder why I do that, though I REALLY, REALLY WANT TO SUPPRESS THIS DESIRE Which as termed by many of my well-wishers (and as I know) is a sin..................I know some of you might have some other habits that is hard to break , though you have tried millions of times to overcome.

Where can I go but to run to the WORD OF GOD to seek a solution for this problem? Then it says

Turning away from wickedness is a blessing, and JESUS was raised up from death ONLY FOR TURNING US AWAY FROM WICKED WAYS,the Bible says so

When God raised up his servant, he(GOD) sent him(JESUS) first to you to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked ways.(Acts 3:26)

"And now, LORD, let the promise you have made concerning your servant and his house be established forever. Do as you promised, (I Chronicles 17:23)

Remember the word to Your servant,Upon which You have caused me to hope.(Psalm 119:49)

I trust you JESUS. Your Word is true and I hope in you, because you have made me to hope in your word. Now LORD, do as you have promised through your WORD.Fulfill the purpose for which you were raised from the dead. In JESUS name I ask you MERCIFUL FATHER.
Amen

Why would God want ME?

For all those who are doubting themselves and their suitability to attend GOD's call

for God's gifts and his call are irrevocable.(Romans 11:29)

I'm not perfect. I have all kinds of problems. I have no ability. I have no gifts. I'm just not worthy. Why would God want me?

Well, did you know that

Moses stuttered.
David's armor didn't fit.
John Mark deserted Paul.
Timothy had ulcers.
Hosea's wife was a prostitute.
Amos' only training was in the school of fig-tree pruning.
Jacob was a liar.
David had an affair.
Solomon was too rich.
Jesus was too poor.
Abraham was too old.
David was too young.
Peter was afraid of death.
Lazarus was dead.
John was self-righteous.
Naomi was a widow.
Paul was a persecutor of the church.
Moses was a murderer.
Jonah ran from God's will.
Miriam was a gossip.
Gideon and Thomas both doubted.
Jeremiah was depressed and suicidal.
Elijah was burned out.
John the Baptist was a loudmouth.
Martha was a worry-wart.
Noah got drunk.
Did I mention that Moses had a short fuse?
So did Peter, Paul - well, lots of folks did.

But God doesn't require a job interview for salvation. He's our Heavenly Father. He doesn't look at financial gain or loss. He's not prejudiced or partial, not judging, grudging, sassy, or brassy, not deaf to our cry, not blind to our need. He know who we are and what we are and loves us in spite of ourselves

SATAN SAYS, "YOU'RE NOT WORTHY."
JESUS SAYS, "SO WHAT? I AM."
SATAN LOOKS BACK AND SEES OUR MISTAKES.
GOD LOOKS BACK AND SEES THE CROSS.

He doesn't calculate how you failed in '99. It's not even on the record.

Sure, there are lots of reasons why God shouldn't call us. But if we are in love with Him, if we hunger for Him, He'll use us in spite of who we are, where we've been, what we have done, or the fact that we are not perfect

Power of Praise

Praise is the way to Deliverance

O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will declare your praise. (Psalm 51:15)

Sacrifice thank offerings to God, fulfill your vows to the Most High, and call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me." (Psalm 50:14,15)

Just an amazing instance of how the LORD works when his praise is proclaimed

Its in II Chronicles 20:21-25

"Give thanks to the LORD, for his love endures forever." As they began to sing and praise, the LORD set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated. The men of Ammon and Moab rose up against the men from Mount Seir to destroy and annihilate them. After they finished slaughtering the men from Seir, they helped to destroy one another. When the men of Judah came to the place that overlooks the desert and looked toward the vast army, they saw only dead bodies lying on the ground; no one had escaped. So Jehoshaphat and his men went to carry off their plunder, and they found among them a great amount of equipment and clothing and also articles of value—more than they could take away.

See the miracle of GOD.

Praising GOD in everything is actually doing the will of GOD.

Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. (I Thessalonians 5:18)

So whatever be the situation-Life/Death;
Joy/Sorrow;
Health/Sickness;
Fear/Courage;
Holy/Sinful;
Love/Hatred;
Wealth/Poverty;
Shame/Fame;

We shall thank the FATHER IN HEAVEN through JESUS CHRIST his son.

Even when we do something, we should thank GOD through JESUS CHRIST.

And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. (Colossians 3:17)

Every problem is an opportunity for GOD's miracle and so praise Him for every problem and the miracle that comes through

The crowd joined in the attack against Paul and Silas, and the magistrates ordered them to be stripped and beaten. After they had been severely flogged, they were thrown into prison, and the jailer was commanded to guard them carefully.Upon receiving such orders, he put them in the inner cell and fastened their feet in the stocks. About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everybody's chains came loose. (Acts 16:22-26)

So let the bondages be broken and prison doors be open and chains be shattered in the name of JESUS through praise.

For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign LORD will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations. (Isaiah 61:11)
